Bear lawn ornaments are very popular where we live in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. We looked for bears all the time and found many. Some of them are pictured here in the photos.

Bear ornaments are poured from concrete into molds made from either rubber or aluminum and are quite durable. The rubber molds offered much better detail on the piece. They are natural grey cement color when they are poured and can be painted with acrylic paints after the cement cures.

They come in all sizes from a few inches tall to the large one pictured below. The large one weighs about 300 pounds and is our favorite. The kids love to sit on this one and it is quite realistic.

Bear ornaments from concrete are offered by many companies that pour concrete.
